Equity incentives,as an effective medium and long-term incentive mechanism for enterprises,have been gradually introduced by most state-owned enterprises to comprehensively improve corporate vitality.At the same time,China's state-owned enterprises have taken the lead in increasing innovation investment,improving innovation capabilities and levels,and working hard to create innovative enterprises with strong innovation capabilities,perfect innovation systems,and full innovation vitality.The research on the combination of equity incentives and corporate innovation can provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of a comprehensive medium-and long-term incentive mechanism involving multi-level personnel of the company and have a better impact on the development of the enterprise.Bright Dairy is one of the companies that have implemented two equity incentive plans completely,and both incentives are restricted stock incentives.The company pursues innovation and development.The design of each element in the incentive plan is more reasonable.The overall incentive plan is rigorous and more feasible.This article analyzes the formulation and implementation effect of Bright Dairy's restricted stock incentive plan in order to provide reference ideas for state-owned enterprises to implement a comprehensive restricted stock incentive plan for middle managers and core employees.This article focuses on Bright Dairy and analyzes the two restricted stock incentive plans designed and implemented separately,including the external environmental factors and internal motivations,program design and incentive effect analysis of the company's implementation of the restricted stock incentive plan,and finds the existing problems.And suggest countermeasures.First,this article introduces the main situation of the case company,including the company's basicsituation,industry profile,company's innovative development model profile,the company's two restricted stock incentive plans;second,the company's implementation of the restricted stock incentive plan External environmental factors and internal motivations.External environmental factors mainly include China's macro environment and industrial policies.In terms of internal motivations,one is to promote the implementation of the company's innovation and development strategy,and the other is to ensure the formation of a stable company staff.The third is to establish a perfect long-term incentive mechanism for the company.Finally,through the combination of short-term and long-term research methods such as event research method and financial index analysis method to evaluate the effectiveness of Bright Dairy's restrictive stock incentive plan,find the existing problems in the incentive plan and propose effective optimization strategies.Through an overall analysis,it is found that the implementation of the second restricted stock incentive plan of Bright Dairy is not good,but combined with the development strategy proposed by the company during the implementation of the incentive,the implementation of the restricted stock incentive plan can bring the company's development Positive promotion effect.Specifically,using the event research method to analyze the short-term market effects,we can see that the abnormal return rate has a good trend after the release of the restricted stock incentive plan,indicating that the market response of the restricted stock incentive plan is good;use the financial index method A comprehensive long-term performance analysis of the company shows that after the restricted stock incentives,although the company's long-term financial performance did not meet expectations,from the perspective of the company's strategic decisions,the incentive plan has played a role in management activities and R&D activities.A certain incentive effect,the company's future development is expected;analysis of non-financial indicators such as human resources and the company's R&D situation finds that the company's R&D team tends to stabilize and rises slightly,the company's R&D patents increase year by year,and the company's R&D enthusiasm improve.This article proposes the followingoptimization strategies for the problems found after the analysis: the choice of incentive timing depends on the company's internal and external circumstances;the incentive cycle can be appropriately extended according to the company's development strategy and product development cycle;the establishment of the incentive evaluation system can involve Non-financial indicators such as social benefits.In this paper,from the short-term,long-term,financial and non-financial multidimensional angles of bright dairy analysis evaluation on the effect of restricted stock incentive plan,from the perspective of enterprise innovation and development of the new company restricted stock incentive plan put forward relevant Suggestions,in order to the same type of state-owned enterprises restricted stock incentive plan to provide the reference.
