Research On The Management Equity Incentive Of Bright Dairy & Food Company

Equity incentive is the mechanism to encourage company managers which rise from half a century ago in the West and has been widely used in western listed companies with great success. Since the policies of reform and opening, equity incentive has got more and more attention that the scholars and business circles had intensive studies and practices in equity incentive of listed companies, with the rapid development of China's capital market and the improved corporate governance structure.In 2006, the "Equity Incentive Regulation for Listed Companies" and the "Equity Incentive Regulation for the State-holding Listed Companies (domestic)" had paved the way for the implementation of company management equity incentive of state-holding listed companies. Now China's market economy is still at the initial stage, the company management incentive mechanism in China is also facing the different environment and conditions compared with western countries'and may not generate the same incentive effects. Can the management equity incentive improve the performance of state-holding listed companies? This is a key research topic which has great significance.Therefore, based on the analysis of management equity incentive of Bright Dairy & Food and the assumption of allowing management equity incentive of state-holding listed companies, this article has a deep study in the successful case of domestic companies and combined with the present situation of equity incentive development and problems of state-holding companies, thus advising and suggesting on the improvement equity incentive of Bright Dairy & Food and application of equity incentive of state-holding listed companies.
