In the late 1970 s,China has entered a new era of reform and opening-up and modernization,a large number of surplus rural labor force chose to go out for work.From“leave the field but remain in the rural area”to“Out of the soil and out of the country”,these migrant workers have made outstanding contributions to the development and prosperity of the city and are a key force driving China's economic miracle.The total number of migrant workers in China reached 290.77 million in 2019,an increase of 2.41 million or 0.8 percent over the previous year,according to data from the national bureau of statistics.At the same time,the continuous loss of rural population also makes the problem of “ rural,agricultural and peasant ” increasingly prominent.Against this background,the 19 th national congress of the CPC proposed to implement the strategy of“rural rejuvenation”,which is another major strategic measure put forward by the party and the country in the new era to solve and properly handle the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It is of profound practical significance.The proposal of this strategy provides new development opportunities for migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses,and stimulates the enthusiasm of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses.Entrepreneurship is a complex interactive process full of uncertain factors and involving many subjects.When migrant workers return to their hometowns to start businesses,they may put themselves at risk while boosting the local economy.Failure will not only cause personal economic losses,and even affect the enthusiasm of other potential entrepreneurs in the region.Based on this,this paper takes entrepreneurs of migrant workers returning home as the research object,conducts in-depth interviews with 14 entrepreneurs of migrant workers returning home in J township along the vertical thread of entrepreneurial history,and makes qualitative textual analysis of the interview content by applying the grounded theory.On this basis,it summarizes the key factors affecting the success or failure of entrepreneurs of migrant workers returning home.The results show that only with the two-way support of individual conditions and external environment can migrant workers return to their hometowns and start their own businesses.Individual factors include subjective cognition and their own objective conditions,while socialfactors include policy regulation and public environment.Due to the different fields and stages of entrepreneurship,the two factors play different roles,but they are all interrelated and influence each other.Finally,according to the study,the article also from the aspects of broaden the financing channels,set up information platform to support migrant workers return home entrepreneurship policy Suggestions are put forward,as a case study of J township of rural migrant workers return home entrepreneurship was discussed preliminarily the multiple effects of social development,on the basis of that rural migrant workers return home entrepreneurship and the revitalization of the implementation of the strategy of bring out the best in each other,promote each other.
