Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Henan Province’s Migrant Workers Returning Home To Start Their Own Businesses

In recent years,with the development of targeted poverty alleviation,the state has been advocating and supporting migrant workers to return to their hometowns and start businesses.Developing the rural economy is the key to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.As a major agricultural province,Henan province has adopted various preferential policies to attract migrant workers to return to their hometowns and start businesses,thus effectively promoting the increase of farmers’ income and the development of rural areas.Research significance of this paper is to enrich the study of the theory of the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship,promote the implementation of the home business in Henan province,Henan migrant workers return home entrepreneurship and other areas for further research of the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship development,provide certain reference to drive more transformation and upgrading of rural industry,and contribute to the implementation of the rural revitalization.This paper with detailed data support,on the basis of the integrated use of methods such as literature analysis,case analysis,using the human capital theory,the push-pull theory and hierarchy theory of needs research to promote the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship in Henan province,has analyzed the Henan migrant workers return home entrepreneurship,summarizes the characteristics of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship in Henan province.Secondly,it analyzes the problems faced by migrant workers in Henan province when they return to their hometowns and their reasons for starting businesses.Among them,the problems in returning home to start a business are imperfect infrastructure,unblocked financing channels,the level of public services needs to be improved,the willingness to start a business needs to be strengthened,the ability to start a business is weak,and the support of high-quality talents is insufficient.In addition,this paper draws on the successful experience of typical regions where migrant workers return to their hometowns to start businesses,including Shanxi province and Guizhou province,and draws inspiration from the experience of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the migrant workers in Henan province to return to their hometowns and start their own businesses.Among them,the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial environment for migrant workers returning home include strengthening policy support,improving infrastructure construction,increasing financial support,rationally allocatingentrepreneurial resources,and improving the public service system.To strengthen the self-construction of migrant workers returning home is to enhance their willingness to start their own businesses,improve the comprehensive quality of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses,break through the limitations of entrepreneurial subjects,and introduce high-quality professionals.
