China Postal Savings Bank was established in 2007.It has made great progress in the past ten years.It has achieved great success in many business operations,and has been making progress in the direction of comprehensiveness and diversification.But in the competitive environment of the banking industry,which aspect the postal bank needs to develop towards has become the most important problem to be solved at this stage.Because China's four major banks have always been in the leading position in the industry,providing many advanced experience for other banks to develop steadily,but also squeezing the development space of other banks.Under the influence of the four major banks,China's postal savings will continue to move forward in accordance with their development steps,or carry out independent innovation to explore a more suitable one.The path of the body needs to be further studied,and this paper also carries out in-depth discussions on the relevant content.In the course of this study,China Postal Savings Bank is taken as the main object of study,and a comprehensive analysis of the bank's survival in the actual development is made.With the help of the research of differential competition analysis,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,the degree of understanding of the enterprise is further enhanced.After a certain understanding of the enterprise,the current postal savings in China is determined.There are still some problems in the actual development.From the perspectives of imperfect product differentiation,service differentiation to be improved,and unclear brand differentiation,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and Research on the relevant content,and hopes to provide a suitable direction for the development of the enterprise.Finally,in view of the actual situation of the enterprise and the current problems,it also provides corresponding countermeasures according to the factors of product differentiation,service differentiation and brand differentiation,and providesimprovement suggestions for the actual development of China Postal Savings Bank.
