Study On Development Strategy Of Postal Savings Bank Of Jiangxi

In December6.2007, the Jiangxi province postal savings bank was set up formally. By the former role has become the savings bank’s role, this process brings hitherto unknown development opportunity, but also put forward severe challenges and threats of postal finance system in Jiangxi province. In the background of global integration environment, adjusting their development strategies, survive and develop in the fierce competition in the banking industry, has become one of the main problems of Jiangxi province postal savings bank to be solved in current.Jiangxi province postal savings bank, postal savings bank itself not only has some characteristics of external factors, but also has its own regional characteristics, so that in their own development strategy to have certain particularity. So in this thesis, the author based on status of Jiangxi Province, combined with the current situation of China postal savings bank, the current strategy of Jiangxi province postal savings bank was established after analyzed the comb.In this paper, through the analysis of the understanding of the history and status of Jiangxi postal savings, using advanced SWOT analysis method, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign banks, learn from the successful experience of other banks, the challenge with Jiangxi province postal savings bank in our own strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities, summed up a set of suitable for Jiangxi postal savings bank the development strategies, so as to further clear the development goal of Jiangxi province postal savings bank and direction.
