Research On The Investment Strategy Of DX Venture Capital Company

Active venture capital is an important factor to promote the new economy and also an important feature of the modern financial system.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,major social contradictions and development goals have changed greatly,which puts forward new requirements for innovative development.Through highly decentralized market-oriented investment activities,venture capital directly reaches the real economy,bears investment risks and supports enterprise innovation.Its investment mainly focuses on private economy and early small and medium-sized enterprises,new technology enterprises and start-up technology-based enterprises,which is the key force to improve financial quality and stimulate economic activities.Nowadays,the development of venture capital industry in our country is also very rapid,all kinds of venture capital institutions show a blowout growth.But behind the rapid development of the industry is bound to face a series of problems.For example,the failure rate of investment projects is too high,and the investment projects can't be withdrawn.In order to achieve the investment goal,it is necessary to formulate a reasonable investment strategy.Whether the investment strategy is reasonable or not,on the one hand,it can let the venture capital institutions and fund investors obtain the investment return,on the other hand,it can also more accurately invest in projects with development potential,and support the development of the real economy from the source.In such a background,DX venture capital company,as a well-known domestic venture capital organization,has a certain practical and guiding significance in the research of its investment strategy.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research as well as the relevant references at home and abroad,and summarizes the research results of the former.Secondly,it summarizes the general situation of venture capital,portfolio investment,investment risk and control theory,and establishes the theoretical basis of the research.Then,based on the analysis and summary of the current situation of DX venture capital company's investment development,this paper uses the theory of financial investment and its actual situation to analyze and describe the construction of investment strategy,and determines its existing investment strategy.In order to better prove the effectiveness of its investment strategy,next,through the form of questionnaire survey,let 20 industry experts choose and score,determine the evaluation index and weight,and use AHP to analyze the effectiveness of its investment strategy.Finally,the research of investment strategy is summarized and some suggestions are given.
