H Venture Capital Development Strategy Research

In the 20 th century,a profound revolution had happened.Due to the rapid development of science and technology of human economic and social,sustained economic development has injected new elements,thereby increasing productivity of social progress,and it is because of many scientific and technological achievements commercialization and industrialization is achieved through venture capital,venture capital play an important role for the industrialization of science and technology.Some countries,such as: the United States,Britain,Japan,Germany,Israel,regard venture investment as a part of national innovation and capital market discovery,so that the venture capital get more rapid development.Of course,this not only makes the economic development of the country becomes more sustainable and stable,but also contributes huge power for the development of national economy.Research purpose and significance of this paper is the analysis of strategic development environment and strategic management status through H venture capital firm to improve the company's development strategy,and to improve their competitiveness in the same industry,and ultimately to achieve further development.Based on the strategic management of H venture capital firm as an example,this paper analysed the present condition of the strategic management of the company,implemented the corresponding countermeasures from different angles,provided a certain reference value for the current strategic management of the H venture capital firm,provided maximum theoretical support for the company's future development.
