Research On The Relationship Between Enterprise Internationalization And Technology Innovation

In recent years,one of the "one belt,one road" initiative put forward by China has been advancing continuously.Enterprises are also following the pace of the country to broaden their scope of R & D activities.Although the internationalization strategy of enterprises is deepening,there are still many examples of failure.Whether internationalization is suitable as a kind of technological innovation strategy of enterprises remains to be studied.At the same time,existing scholars seldom consider the impact of external environment when they study the relationship between internationalization and technological innovation of enterprises.Therefore,this paper introduces three dimensions of environmental dynamics as adjustment based on the study of the impact of internationalization on technological innovation of enterprises from the perspective of depth and breadth Variables.On the basis of summarizing the previous scholars’ literature,this paper defines the related concepts of internationalization,technological innovation level and environmental dynamics,and divides them into two dimensions: the degree of internationalization is divided into two dimensions of depth and breadth,and the environmental dynamics is divided into three dimensions of competition,demand and technology.In addition,this paper reviews the relevant research of the three variables,and based on the relevant clues found from the research results of scholars,hypothesizes how the two dimensions of internationalization affect the technological innovation of enterprises and the regulatory role of environmental dynamics.The data collection of this study is based on the method of questionnaire survey.The design of the questionnaire is based on the relevant research of previous scholars.After the completion of the design,the integrity,professionalism and feasibility of the questionnaire have been modified many times.After the modification,the professional questionnaire website will distribute it to the enterprise.A total of 200 questionnaires were sent out.After the data were collected,they were summarized and sorted out.The corresponding items were assigned according to the relevant research of scholars.After deleting some abnormal samples,100 valid samples were obtained.After determining the sample,SPSS software was used to carry out a series of statistical analysis.According to the analysis results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)internationalization depth positively promotes the level oftechnological innovation of enterprises;(2)internationalization breadth positively promotes the level of technological innovation of enterprises;(3)demand environment positively regulates the relationship between internationalization degree and technological innovation of enterprises;(4)competition environment positively regulates the relationship between internationalization degree and technological innovation of enterprises;(5)technological environment positively regulates countries The relationship between the degree of internationalization and technological innovation of enterprises.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward for the management of enterprises:(1)Choose the appropriate internationalization strategy(2)pay attention to the changes of the environment(3)solve the problems in the process of internationalization(4)establish a flexible organizational structure.
