With the enrollment expansion and the economic downturn, qualifications is increasingly common,so we have to consider the impact of this phenomenon on the psychology and behavior of employees. In addition,in the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the key to gain competitiveness in organizations. Therefore, whether overqualified employees are willing to share knowledge has become a new research direction. However, the current research has not reached a consistent conclusion on the relationship between qualifications and knowledge sharing intention,so it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis on the relationship between them. The essence of qualifications is the person-post mismatch. Therefore,we analyzes the mediating role of perceived insider status and the regulating role of supervisor developmental feedback from the perspective of matching which includes job requirements and job capacity, job demand and job supply. The study takes enterprise employees as the objects of investigation. After translating and retranslating the scales of four core variables,a questionnaire was formed. Then we use SPSS and AMOS software to analysis the data. The following conclusions are drawn :(1)perceived overqualification has a negative impact on knowledge sharing intention;(2)perceived insider status plays a partial mediating role between the perceived overqualification and the knowledge sharing intention;(3)supervisor developmental feedback has a regulating effect between perceived overqualification and perceived insider status. When supervisor developmental feedback is high, the negative influence of perceived overqualification on perceived insider status will be alleviated;(4)supervisor developmental feedback has a moderating effect on the mediating role of perceived insider status between perceived overqualification and knowledge sharing intention. When supervisor developmental feedback is high, the mediating role of perceived insider status will be reduced.
