With the popularization of higher education and the intensification of market competition,more and more people are engaged in work below their own expectations based on the pressure of employment.This phenomenon of overcapacity is becoming more and more common.This type of employee is easy to feel after entering the job.It is easy to generate perceived overqualification when you have the ability to be higher than the position required.In the past,the research on the perceived overqualification focused on the negative emotions and negative behaviors caused by the theory of fairness and deprivation.In recent years,with the rise of positive psychology and active organizational behavior,scholars have begun to study the perceived overqualification.Positive emotions and behaviors.Based on this background,this paper takes the perceived overqualification as the independent variable,knowledge sharing as the dependent variable,and combines the self-regulation theory and the social exchange theory to explore the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable from a positive perspective.At the same time,in order to further clarify the two This kind of intermediary mechanism realizes the relationship of action.This paper introduces the knowledge self-efficacy as a mediator variable.Finally,in order to explain the effect of different levels of perceived overqualification on knowledge self-efficacy,the leader member exchange relationship is used as a moderator variable.This paper first conducts online questionnaire surveys for employees in different industries and ranks,and then uses SPSS17.0 software analysis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)perceived overqualification positively affects knowledge sharing behavior;(2)perceived overqualification positive impact Knowledge self-efficacy;(3)knowledge self-efficacy positively affects knowledge sharing;(4)knowledge self-efficacy plays a mediating role in perceived overqualification and knowledge sharing;(5)Influence of leadership member exchange relationship on perceived overqualification The regulatory role of knowledge self-efficacy has not been verified.Based on social exchange theory and self-regulation theory,this paper explores the relationship between over-qualified perception and knowledge-sharing behavior,and uses knowledge self-efficacy perception as a mediator to explain its mechanism of action,enriching research in Chinese context,and Managers' management of overqualified employees has certain enlightenment significance.Finally,this paper discusses the shortcomings in this study and the future research prospects.
