Research On Financing Difficulties And Financial Support For The Development Of Private Enterprises In Enshi Prefecture

As the most dynamic economic subject in the market,private enterprises are also an important supporting force for China's economic development.They have made outstanding contributions to expanding China's population employment and promoting scientific and technological innovation,and have increasingly become the source of national economic development.However,it is worth noting that the development of private enterprises still has the problems of financing difficulties and narrow financing channels,leading to the lack of impetus for the development of private enterprises,especially those economically backward ethnic areas,the development of private enterprises is greatly restricted.In the context of the new normal,the private economy of Enshi prefecture is faced with increasingly tense financial constraints,and the lack of finance is an important bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.If the financing path of private enterprises cannot be optimized and improved,it is difficult for private enterprises in Enshi prefecture to develop in a healthy and normal way.How to make financial services strongly support the development of private enterprises and solve the financing difficulties of private enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.To this end,this paper,by means of literature research,field investigation and other methods,combined with information asymmetry theory,financing sequence theory,credit rationing theory and capital structure theory as the theoretical basis of this paper,studied the performance and causes of financing difficulties of private enterprises in Enshi prefecture and the problems of financial support.Through the related statistics,private enterprise would be questionnaire survey data and relevant financial institutions for internal data,analysis of the overall financing of private enterprises in Enshi and an overview of financial support to private enterprises,found that financing demand and supply of financial support the contradiction between the financing is the amount of supply and demand contradiction and structure contradiction.Finally,the paper puts forward the path choice of financing optimization and financial support for private enterprises in Enshi prefecture,that is,government departments to strengthen policy guidance and support,improve the financial service system to enhance local financial vitality,strengthen direct financing channels,and strengthen the vitality of enterprises.
