Organization is an important research object in our sociology.Institution,as an important component of organization,especially formal organization,deserves our attention.This paper takes X catering enterprise,a large catering enterprise in our country,as the research object.From the perspective of organizational sociology,through on-the-spot observation and continuous attention of X catering enterprise to collect information,it analyzes the internal control system of X catering enterprise and the problems existing in its change process,and explores the reasons based on the interview data of enterprise employees.This article mainly uses the research methods of on-the-spot investigation,participation observation,semi-structured interview and content analysis,and under the guidance of natural system theory and actor system theory,it gives a sociological explanation of the reason why the internal control system of X catering enterprise is in trouble.This article is mainly composed of the following parts: introduction,three chapters of the body,summary and discussion,references and thanks.The introduction includes the background and significance of the topic selection,a review of relevant theories at home and abroad,research methods and innovations,etc.The first chapter introduces in detail the development process,division of labor system and implementation of the internal control system of X catering enterprise,through which the characteristics of the system can be understood.The second chapter,based on interviews with employees in different positions and different states in X catering enterprises,analyzes what kind of difficulties exist in the internal control system,and introduces how X catering enterprises adjust after the internal control system is in trouble.Through this chapter,we can see the relationship between actors and organizations.The third chapter,through the analysis of the previous two chapters,finds out the essential reason why the internal control system of X catering enterprise is in trouble under the guidance of theory.The summary and discussion part summarizes the above four parts,draws research conclusions and analyzes the deficiencies,hoping to continue to improve.
