With the rapid development of the economy and the deepening of the financial market reform,the long-standing competition among the major banks has been further intensified.In the market competition,the competition of outstanding talents is the core competition element.It is proved that human resource are the most important and the most valuable assets of banks.Human resource management is a very important part of the strategic management of banks and plays a key role in the development of banks.Only by implementing scientific and efficient human resource management can the bank enhance its competitiveness and achieve healthy and sustainable development.With the rapid development of Internet and big data technology,artificial intelligence technology has been rapidly upgraded.And it has been rated as one of the most cutting-edge technologies in the world.In July 2017,the state council issued a circular titled "Development plan for a new generation of artificial intelligence",which called for accelerating the intelligent upgrading in the financial industry,and further improving the analysis and processing ability of financial big data by building the financial big data platform.The report to the 19 th CPC national congress also stressed the need to promote the effective integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and the real economy.At present,the technology of artificial intelligence has been applied in many fields such as health care,education and security.It has also been applied to a certain extent in the financial field.If a new set of bank human resource management system can be established and improved by applying artificial intelligence into bank human resource management,it will better support the bank to do a good job in human resource management through intelligent means and bring the best operating outcome.Taking G bank as an example,this paper,conducts in-depth research on the status quo of human resource management in G bank through in-depth bank research,interviews,data analysis and other methods.It also deeply analyzes the problems existing in cross-regional human resource management in G bank.It is found that the cross-regional human resource management of G bank mainly has these problems,such as the unreasonable structure of the talent team,the weak universality and pertinence of talent cultivation,poor accuracy of performance appraisal,the low fairness and rationality of salary system,and the short of cultural integration between different regions.Based on the above research and combined with the use of artificialintelligence,this paper uses the new idea of intensifying the application of AI in human resource management,and aims to intelligentize the talent recruitment,the personnel training,performance appraisal,the compensation management,and the cross-regional business cultural integration management.This paper also lays emphasis on the privacy and security issues when AI is applied in the human resource management.This paper has certain innovation and theoretical and practical value.The application of artificial intelligence technology in the banking industry is still in its infancy.This article combines the cross-regional human resource management of the banks and application of artificial intelligence technology.It will provide some new ideas and new materials to the human resource management,and give some suggestions to improve human resource management for the G bank.
