In the new era of rapid development of network and information society,the communication industry has entered a new age,high-speed broadband network has become an important part of promoting the rapid development of our social economy and people's life and work.With the increasingly fierce competition in the basic telecommunication market,small and medium-sized network operators are facing opportunities and challenges.For small and medium-sized network operators,it is necessary to put forward and implement marketing management strategies in line with their own conditions,which can strengthen their marketing ability,establish their marketing management awareness,ensure their good development,improve their market competitiveness,and finally make the most of them It is very important for the rapid development of information society that end users get better broadband services.This article takes Changchun FAW Communication Technology Co.,Ltd.'s broadband business as the research object.First,it analyzes the current status of the broadband business of FAW Communication Technology Co.,Ltd.and the problems existing in the status quo.Secondly,based on the current situation,the macro environment and micro environment of its broadband business are analyzed,and the development of the broadband industry is compared.The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the broadband business of Changchun FAW Communication Technology Co.,Ltd.Threat.Finally,the STP analysis method was used to segment the broadband business of Changchun FAW Communication Technology Co.,Ltd.,identified a number of market segments as target markets,and market positioning of the company's broadband business.Marketing mix strategy and implementation guarantee.Through analysis and research,using the 7P theory of marketing,this article formulates a marketing mix strategy consisting of product strategy,price strategy,promotion,channel,personnel management,physical display,and process management.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the listed marketing mix strategies,this article also discusses the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure security measures,including management systems,human resources,incentives and other aspects of safeguards.Through research and exploration,find out the marketing strategy of broadband business in the information age,improve the market competitiveness of network operators,and promote the continuous development of the information society.
