In the context of upgrading enterprises,the competition in the market is the competition for talents actually.Especially in the manufacturing industry,the development of new products and the development of markets require the close cooperation of talents from all aspects.Therefore,once there is frequent turnover of personnel within the enterprise,especially the loss of some technical and important employees,it will inevitably cause direct or indirect losses to the enterprise,which will lead to the increase of human resource management costs and affect the quality and production efficiency of the manufacturing industry.Shihezi Tangcheng Cotton Industry CO.,LTD.is a manufacturing enterprise,mainly engaged in textile products,etc..In recent years,it has caused a great negative impact of the development of the company,due to the loss of a large number of employees.Although managers have been aware of the problem and have adopted a series of measures to improve it,little success has been achieved.This paper will use literature analysis,qualitative analysis,empirical analysis and questionnaire survey research methods,to analyzes Shihezi Tangcheng Cotton Industry CO.,LTD's existing staff turnover and found out the reason of loss.Based on the multi-angle analysis of the turnover intention and reasons of different positions in Shihezi Tangcheng Cotton Industry CO.,LTD,the employee retention scheme is proposed,aiming at adopting effective schemes to reduce the turnover rate and promote the benign development of the company.At the same time,based on the improvement of the assessment system from multiple perspectives such as salary and welfare,the employee loyalty can be improved to form internal centripetal force,create a good working atmosphere,strengthen the construction of corporate culture and promote the development of the enterprise.
