Organizational health is a common topic of globalization.All kinds of negative events of enterprises show that enterprises pursue profits unilaterally and have serious management negligence,which causes people to worry about the healthy operation of the organization.In view of this phenomenon,more and more attention has been paid to the study of organizational health.In the face of various "enterprise diseases",how can we enhance resistance and immunity? This is the fundamental problem that any organization must always face.The theory of Excellence Performance focuses on the overall performance and ability of an organization.It extends the systematic,standardized,procedural and standardized system concept of quality management to all areas of enterprise management,creates value for the owners,customers,employees,suppliers,partners and society of an organization,contributes to its long-term success,and provides an evaluation for its pursuit of excellence.Methodology provides a new research entry point for the topic of organizational health.This article on the basis of the existing theory,combined with performance excellence criteria re-interpretation of the Connotation of Health and dimensions,and defines the concept of health as :The organization works with effective management and sustainable growth and development capacity of the State,it is focused on internal development capacity,and can effectively and continuously adjust to changing external environment,adhere to the standardization and process of materializing the pursuit of excellence and value creation.According to the maturity of the existing health scale,combined with the key indicators of performance excellence,independent development organization,health new scale,from the body's levels of the organization,personnel and conducted a study on the social level,provide for specific health improvement and innovation theories and methods of science.Based on 312 questionnaires in the pearl river delta region,Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA)and Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA)were used to test the model structure and reliability and validity of each dimension and constituent index of the organizational health scale.The main conclusions of the study are as follows :First,build the organization's health measure improvement theory based on the pattern of performance excellence model,on the basis of the development of new organizational health scale,through EFA,CFA and the use of AMOS and SPSS statistical software,the Cronbach 's alpha coefficient,KMO value indicators such as inspection,the results showed that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,applicability is higher.Second,health including health,human health and the health of the three levels of society,a total of 10 dimension 46 measurement indicators.New make up for the social dimension of the Organization to play a social role and have a significant effect.On the basis of internal and external factors in mind,balance weights of the state and behavior development organizations,to organize and coordinate the relationship between subjective and objective pursuit of excellence providing clear and effective management.Third,the performance excellence model helps to enhance the competitiveness of the organization,management and performance levels,not only does it help your organization effectively carry out self-health diagnosis,and guided tissue from customers,make up for market and social dimensions and improved,thus enhancing the comprehensive ability of the organization,achieve the purpose of Health.Finally,according to the empirical research conclusion of the Excellent Performance Model,the health problems are analyzed and diagnosed,so that the organization can carry out quantitative management in production and operation,as well as the shortcomings of the research and the future direction of development are explained.
