Being a spontaneous employee's behavior, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can contain and strengthen the social and psychological circumstance of the organization. With the current of organization structure thallus,more and more researchers paid attention to OCB.In the west,there are a great of research results,but it's beginning in Chinese mainland where there is little Empirical Research and almost no questionnaire.This study try to develope a scientific and normative OCB questionnaire, then retest and compare Chinese Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the base of it.This study worked out an employees' OCB questionnaire by the principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics, such as investigation and factor analysis.Three conclusions were found. (1) The psychological structure of OCB consists of 4 factors, which are respectively named as conscientiousness,initiative, civic awareness and dedication. (2) This questionnaire can be generalized for its good reliability and validity. (3) OCB exists significant difference on the employee's age and position ,and gender and the character of employees' company partly affects their OCB. At last, constructive advices about management are given. |
