Financial leasing has become one of the main financing methods for small and medium-sized enterprises in China,Most domestic researches are scattered and not systematic.However,financial leasing has complex risks,and there are few compound talents in financial leasing industry of China,which leads to weak risk control of leasing companies,and also becomes a major obstacle to the development of financial leasing.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out comprehensive risk management of financial leasing industry.Take Z corporation as research object,this paper base on the retrospective analysis of financial leasing risk and risk management theory,to analyze the Z company' small lease financing business,points out the Z company continue to use the original large financing lease business mode in order to develop a small lease financing business exist many problems,combine COSO framework,mainly from the internal environment,business process,information and communication system,rent regulation after the four aspects of in-depth discussion,and then reveal the reasons of the credit risk,operational risk and leaseholds' damaged and loss risk of Z company in the small financing lease business.In order to promote the benign development of Z company in the future,to improve efficiency of risk management,in line with the cost-benefit principle,All-rounded Principle and objectivity principle,this paper puts forward optimizing Z corporation's internal risk management environment,refined,small Z corporation financing lease business process,increase the risk of information and communication management,optimizing the rent after the four aspects of countermeasure,finally from the early stage of the late industry survey of risk management and exit mechanism through the Suggestions.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,development and research route of financial leasing.The second chapter introduces the basic theory of financial leasing and risk management.The third chapter describes the Z formula of small financial leasing business risk management status and problems of Z company;The fourth chapter puts forward the improvement countermeasures for risk management of small financial leasing business of Z company.The fifth chapter provides two safeguard Suggestions.
