Financing difficulties of SMEs is a widespread social problem. In this study, financial leasing company that is standing on the lessor's point of view, the main risk in the elaborate financial leasing company may face- credit risk, liquidity risk, moral hazard, the underlying market risk, legal risk policy on in-depth analysis of its initiation mechanisms and impact, and on how to finance leasing companies for risk management proposed several targeted approach, and finally the use of the aforementioned theory in the case of financial leasing companies R hospital analysis addressing the risks the company encountered in practice and risk management and control.
