Research On Assurance Management Of Equipment For An Aircraft Maintenance Company

In recent years,with the number of China's major airlines aircraft have increased year by year,in order to meet the growing market for aircraft maintenance,aircraft maintenance enterprises used ground equipment gradually to the diversification and automation direction.The normal operation of the equipment plays an important role in the maintenance quality and production time.Once the repair equipment failure,aircraft maintenance work will not be carried out smoothly,and will delay the airline's original mission,the company even the country caused huge economic losses.Therefore,the daily maintenance of equipment management work is increasingly valued by business managers.Based on the summary of the research on the domestic and foreign equipment assurance management,this paper,based on the theory of life cycle,the management method and the basic principle of PDCA cycle,combined with the current situation and existing problems of equipment maintenance and management of Company A,Optimization program to study the design research and design,from the actual case found in the equipment security process loopholes exist,the use of optimization programs to make up for loopholes to solve practical problems in order to achieve improved efficiency,reduce equipment maintenance costs,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,Equipment failure rate.On the basis of this,the author analyzes the implementation and effect of the optimization plan of equipment protection management of Company A,and finds out the problems that will arise in the implementation process and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The research of this paper is not only beneficial to the improvement of the efficiency of the equipment protection management of Company A,but also to reference the other enterprises in the same industry.
