Cloud Computing has become very popular and is regarded as the power of information technology change.Company A,China's leader of public cloud computing platform service providers,its strategic is to expand the domestic public cloud market share,the development of private clouds and hybrid clouds,prosperity and internationalization.The implementation of these major strategies,are an urgent need for product pricing strategy.The paper introduced the concept of cloud computing and the current pricing model of the main cloud computing service providers,and then reviewed the history of cloud computing pricing,and looked forward to the future development of cloud computing pricing.Following the introduction of Company A and its pricing strategy,the paper analyzed the problems existing in the pricing strategy including the imperfect of the discount mechanism,the lack of the dynamic pricing reflecting the supply and demand,and the lack of combined pricing and partition pricing.In view of the existing problems of A company's pricing strategy,the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement methods including improving the pricing decision-making process,rich pricing strategy,improve pricing indicators,etc..
