Operating Elements And Performance Of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives From The Perspective Of County Economy

In recent years,China's farmers' cooperatives have witnessed a good momentum of vigorous development.The number and quality of farmers' cooperatives in various areas have been growing steadily.With the rapid development of peasant cooperatives,rural industry has been strongly promoted.Farmer cooperatives have promoted the innovation of modern agricultural management system.At the same time,it can stimulate the new momentum of agricultural and rural development.At the same time,county economy is the bridge connecting urban economy and rural economy,and also the key to rural stability and development.Therefore,new requirements are put forward for the operation and management of farmers' specialized cooperatives.From the perspective of county economy in Taoyuan County,this paper makes an analysis of the performance evaluation and application of farmers' professional cooperatives.And through the quantitative analysis method,the paper deeply analyzed the influencing factors and index system of the operation performance of farmers'professional cooperatives.Thus,it provides a good idea to improve the operation performance of peasant professional cooperatives in Taoyuan County.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on peasant professional cooperatives in Taoyuan County.The factors influencing the operation performance of peasant professional cooperatives in Taoyuan County and their index system are also analyzed.The survey of peasant specialized cooperatives in Taoyuan County shows that the overall scale effect of peasant specialized cooperatives is not significant;the economic strength of peasant specialized cooperatives is not strong;the governance system of peasant cooperatives is not perfect;the overall quality of peasant cooperative members is low;the government support is not strong;the operation level of peasant cooperatives is poor;the financial efficiency of peasant specialized cooperatives is low;and the market of peasant specialized cooperatives is low.Poor adaptability and other issues.Therefore,because of the above reasons,this paper designs an operational performance evaluation index system based on economic benefits,internal management and development capabilities.Using Logistic regression model,this paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of operational efficiency of peasant professional cooperatives in Taoyuan County.The research puts forward the following suggestions to improve the operation performance of peasant professional cooperatives in Taoyuan County: improving the governance system,standardizing the operation mechanism;expanding the scale of operation of peasant professional cooperatives;focusing on personnel training,improving the overall level of cooperation;increasing the support of peasant professional cooperatives;and strengthening the management suggestions to develop county economy.Based on the research of peasant professional cooperatives,the performance evaluation index system of peasant professional cooperatives in Taoyuan County was designed.Secondly,a scientific method is put forward to select the evaluation index of the operation performance offarmers'professional cooperatives.At the same time,it also puts forward the process of performance evaluation index processing of peasant professional cooperatives in Taoyuan County.For statistical data,KMO statistics and Bartlett's spherical test were used.Through the analysis of variance of common factors,the total variance of explaining the operation performance of farmers‘professional cooperatives is obtained.On the basis of the above theoretical research and factor analysis,the multiple regression method is applied to screen the factors affecting the performance of peasants'professional cooperative operation in Taoyuan County.The specific evaluation of operation performance of peasant professional cooperatives in Taiyuan County is as follows.The operational performance component matrix of farmers'professional cooperatives is designed.The comprehensive scores of operation performance of farmers'professional cooperatives are calculated.Finally,the operation performance of peasant professional cooperatives in Taoyuan County was evaluated in detail.Finally,the conclusions of the study put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the operational efficiency of farmers' professional cooperatives.This has a certain practical guiding significance and reference significance for improving the operational capacity of farmers'professional cooperatives in other county-level areas.
