The petrochemical industry is an important pillar industry of national economy,since the reform and opening up,China's petrochemical industry has made rapid development,especially at the beginning of twenty-first Century is to open a large petroleum and chemical industry development in the "ten years",in the meantime,an oil refinery and chemical plant where they stand,a lot of petrochemical engineering construction enterprises has gained rapid development.However,in recent years,oil production overall long-term international oil prices hovering low pile up in excess of requirement,the relative surplus,China's oil refining chemical production capacity,the overall contraction of national investment,the petrochemical industry into the winter period,the market downturn,the environment is complex and changeable,increasingly fierce competition.In such a grim situation,HD petrochemical enterprises(hereinafter referred to as HD company)as a refinery and chemical design and EPC general contracting(EPC)as the core business of construction enterprises,mainly to provide services for the refinery and oil sales enterprise,its survival and development is also facing therefore,the hitherto unknown challenge,HD enterprises need to develop a clear strategy,focus on strategy,choose the correct development direction,to build their own core competitiveness through unremitting efforts,establish and maintain their competitive advantage,to win the market and customers,to avoid eliminated.This paper takes HD company as the research object,through analysis and research,provide feasible suggestions for the strategic choice of enterprise HD,hoping to help the HD enterprise to respond to market changes and maintain stable development,but also provide some reference for other similar enterprises.Therefore,this paper expounds the related theory of the significance of the topic,research background and strategic management of enterprises;then analyzes the general environment and industry environment by using PEST model,five forces model of competition,and using the EFE matrix to summarize the HD company facing the external opportunities and threats;then a careful analysis of HD company's internal conditions,and summed up the enterprise the advantages and disadvantages of using the IFE matrix;then use the HD enterprise analysis,SWOT model proposed several alternative strategies on the basis of the above analysis,based on the QSPM matrix to select the optimal strategy;finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,HD businesses adjust in some aspects,such as increasing market development,improve research the ability and the deepening reform of enterprise management system,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and adhere to the strategy of low cost etc..
