Driven by information technology,modern retail industry has experienced three major changes,physical chain retail,e-commerce retail and intelligent retail.The development of China retail industry has jumped out of the stage of traditional retail and electronic commerce.New retail formats such as unmanned convenience stores and unmanned shelves have emerged one after another.New trends of thought such as "intelligent retail","new retail" and "unbounded retail" compete with each other,and new field such as automatic payment,image recognition,artificial intelligence and other fields have taken turns.With the advent of technology,China's retail industry is entering a new era,that is,the era of intelligent retailing.The so-called intelligent retail is a user-oriented retail model,through the extensive use of the Internet,Cloud computing,Big data,Artificial intelligence,Internet of Things and other technologies,to building the digitization of three elements of users,goods,retail stores.To building the intelligence of retail operations,enhance user experience and maximize the ability to excavate,motivate and satisfy users' needs.Yunxing Technology Company is engaged in the new retail industry,focusing on the R&D and operation of intelligent vending machines.Based on the analysis of the marketing macro-environment and competitive environment.This paper points out the problems and challenges faced by the company.Through multi-scene analysis and user behavior analysis,AI image recognition technology is used to accurately match user needs to achieve the company's marketing positioning and target market selection.In view of the characteristics of the new consumer economy driven by new technology,according to the marketing 4Ps theory,this paper gives concrete measures and suggestions on the implementation of marketing strategy from four aspects: product,price,channel and promotion.
