With the development of the Chinese economy and the continuous advancement of information technology,huge changes have also ushered in the domestic system integration industry.From the previous extensive competition of “channels” and prices,it has gradually been transformed into technology "High-level" competition model for service and user satisfaction.If system integration enterprises want to survive and develop in this competitive environment,they must jump out of the original industry development mode and reform from the business scope,personnel management,service mode and production research and development.In this article,the author selects Company W as a sample,and uses Company W as an example to study how small and micro system integration enterprises can continue to develop under the current situation,and through research to explore the shift of company W's business scope from multiple system integration services.Whether the intensive business model focusing on education informatization can help the company achieve better development,so as to come up with a feasible development model that is helpful to other similar system integration companies.This article plans to use SWOT analysis to systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of W company,mainly focusing on the company's production research and development level,company management decision-making level,the company's experience and lessons in previous projects,the company's possible disadvantages and the Risk,etc.;use PEST analysis to analyze the internal and external environment systematically,focusing on the industry development of system integration and education informatization,the situation of competitors within the W company's customers' location,and national policy orientation;also collect relevant industry data,Government policies and so on are detailed and proven.Based on the above data analysis and theoretical research,combined with the actual operation of W Company,it explores from the aspects of internal and external environmental impact,company management capacity improvement,industry development prospects,etc.,and finally demonstrates that W Company will diversify its business to intensive business.The feasibility of the model.
