Research On Risk Assessment Of Information System Integration

With the rapid development of the computer technology, network technology and communication technology, the level of enterprise information has increased as never before. Both the enterprise and government have implemented and applicant the OA,MIS and DSS .However, with the development of enterprises, the expansion of the scale, because of blindness at the beginning stage of the information, enterprise found isolated information systems, resulted exchange of information difficulties and affected the normal operation of enterprises, and format enterprise Information islands in the internal. Information Construction not only has failed to meet the originally conceived, but as their further development bottleneck. To solve the problem, the most realistic and feasible way is to choose a reasonable integration of enterprise information systems. Now information systems integration has been raised to the strategic height by many corporate.At present, more and more scholars and entrepreneurs recognize that systems integration involves not only technology, the structure of the organization, management, human factors, so there is a huge risk. In view of this, the dissertation study how to assess possible risks in the integration process by using of system integration, risk control theory, management and IT governance ideas. Based on the previous system integration experience and IT governance frameworks COBIT, the dissertation comprehensive analysis the risk factors in integration process, the current status of the integrated analysis, system and the necessity of the risk assessment on integration. The dissertation use a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method analysis the interrelated risks of the integration, and ultimately will give the risk rate.As last, the dissertation ends with the conclusion and expectation.
