AB Power Supply Company's Project Automatic Completion Final Accounts Based On Industry Finance Integration

In order to meet the needs of local economic development,the speed of power grid construction in China has been accelerated in recent years.The amount of investment in capital construction projects of power grid enterprises has increased year by year,and the task of infrastructure management has become increasingly heavy.As a comprehensive reflection of the economic benefits of the project,the final accounts of the completion of the electric power project mainly reflect the actual cost and investment effect of the construction project.Therefore,it has become an important aspect of project management to improve the management level of final accounts of power engineering projects.Project financial information management is very important.The construction of engineering financial information system is professional and complex,but the integration of engineering financial information platform is weak at present.First,it is unable to query the project information in multiple dimensions.Second,the construction management process of engineering projects is not smooth,the business is relatively isolated,and the information transmission and sharing between departments are not sufficient,which makes the overall level of the whole process management of Engineering finance still low,and there are a large number of engineering projects pending for a long time.By the end of March 2019,AB power supply company has cleared a total of 1084 projects with historical problems,involving a total amount of 170 million yuan,so it is unable to timely make effective assets for the company.Effective asset is an important factor in the cost supervision and audit of transmission and distribution electricity price once every three years,which is directly related to the formulation of electricity price and also affects the key indicators of the company's operation.With the increase of the supervision and examination of the transmission and distribution price cost,the requirements for the project financial management will be more stringent.Third,the auxiliary function of the final accounts of the financial completion of the project is not in place,the efficiency of manual preparation of the final accounts of the project is not good,and the accuracy is not high enough.Originally,all accounting of the project was completed through the ERP system.The ERP system can complete the preparation of the project financial final account report efficiently and accurately by using its integrated information data.In this paper,the timeliness and accuracy of the final accounts of the project completion are taken as the guide line.Taking AB Power Supply Company as an example,according to the concept of the whole process of project financial management,through analyzing the current situation of the financial management of the power grid infrastructure project,the key process and key and difficult management links of the project construction are found out.Then,under the guidance of audit points and main risk points of project final accounts,this paper studies how to implement the automatic completion final accounts of power grid infrastructure projects based on industry finance integration.The purpose of this paper is to improve the overall financial management level of AB Power Supply Company and solve the historical problems of long-term project credit.First,based on the current project management,the new concept of the whole process management is introduced.The whole process management and control measures based on industry finance integration will be carried out in all aspects of engineering construction management,and the whole process of engineering project tracking and control will be carried out to reshape the key process of engineering management,linking up and down.Second,with the powerful data operation ability and multi-dimensional query function of ERP system,it can meet the needs of efficient integration and data sharing of engineering business,and the business process information is automatically archived.Thirdly,the whole process management and ERP system functions are embedded,the project automatic completion final accounts system is established,the collected project cost data is automatically generated into the project completion final accounts report,the timeliness and accuracy of the project completion final accounts are effectively improved,and the project automatic completion final accounts and the whole process closed-loop management of project finance are realized.
