Research On The Tourism Development Of Qo?ulatu-in-?ool Town In West üjümüqin Banner Under The Rural Complex Policy

On December 3,2016,the Party Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Several Opinions on Further Promoting Structural Reforms on the Agricultural Supply Side and Accelerating the Cultivation of New Engines for Agricultural and Rural Development"("Opinions")as the development of new rural industries.The highlight measures were written in the Central Document No.1.The Opinions proposed new strategies for the main issues in China's agricultural production,and the Opinions proposed that on the basis of ensuring national food security,the government should accelerate the cultivation of a new engine for agricultural and rural development.It is pointed out that it is necessary to "support conditional rural construction,take farmers' cooperatives as the main carrier,and allow farmers to fully participate in and benefit from;develop a rural complex that integrates circular agriculture,creative agriculture,and agricultural experience,through comprehensive agricultural development and comprehensive rural reform.Pilot demonstrations are carried out through transfer payment and other channels.Subsequently,the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China issued instructions on five aspects of overall requirements,fair construction content,pilot conditions,support ideas,and work requirements on the implementation of the"Opinions."
