With the rapid development of the Internet and modern logistics,e-commerce platform shopping has gradually affected every corner of people's daily lives,and more and more consumers have adopted and relied on website shopping methods to purchase goods.Website shopping provides consumers with a wealth of product information and high-quality services in a unique way to enhance their shopping experience.Although website shopping has its unique advantages over physical stores,it has not obtained enough as Internet and logistics With rapid growth,some website shopping problems have gradually surfaced.However,in-depth research is still needed on consumer website shopping motivations and search intentions.How do consumers choose a platform when shopping online? What are the internal motivations and external factors that influence consumers' online shopping? Is the main content of this articleIn this study,two large e-commerce platforms,Tmall and JD.com,are used as research objects,and the internal motivations and external influence factors of consumers' choice of Tmall or JD.com are analyzed.Using interview surveys and questionnaire surveys to analyze,the internal motivation of consumers' online shopping is divided into three dimensions to meet the needs of life,emotional and social needs;external factors affecting consumers are divided into product impact,platform impact and Promotions affect three dimensions.By comparing the internal and external factors affecting the choice of Tmall and Jingdong platforms,it is found that the motivation to meet the needs of life is the most significant intrinsic motivation for consumers' shopping."Jingdong" is higher in life needs than "Tmall" "The influencing factors of products are the most significant external factors that affect consumers' online shopping." Tmall "is higher than" Jingdong "in terms of product quality and diversity.Combining surveys,product strategies and service strategies are proposed for Tmall and JD,with a view to providing a reference for the development and construction of the platform..
