Study On The Development Counter Measures Of Facility Agriculture In Haicheng, Liaoning

Since the new period,along with the economic globalization and the development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the agricultural development of our country has made remarkable achievements in the world,and has also ushered in a great challenge.The agricultural development process in China is restricted by the sharp decrease of cultivated land,frequent occurrence of natural disasters,low cultural quality of farmers,low content of agricultural science and technology,poor management of rural areas and low income of farmers and so on.Improvement of people's living standards,The increasing population,the structural aging of the population and the increasing awareness of food safety require the transformation of agriculture from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in China.As one of the most important new types of agricultural industry at present,facility agriculture plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of cultivated land,reducing agricultural risks,improving the quality of agricultural products,promoting the level of agricultural science,technology and culture,and promoting the quality of farmers.It is an important driving force to solve the problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of facility agriculture in Haicheng(county)of Liaoning Province,taking the development direction and general train of thought of facility agriculture of Haicheng City as the main line,combining with field investigation,visiting investigation and sorting out the existing literature data.This paper studies the development of facility agriculture in Haicheng city,discusses and analyzes the problems in this process,makes reference to the excellent examples of the development of facility agriculture at home and abroad,and finally sums up the countermeasures for the development of facilities agriculture in Haicheng city.Promote Haicheng modern agriculture and overall economic development,for the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base to make contributions.The results show that the main problems in the development of facility agriculture in Haicheng City are the lower cultural level of employees,the lower degree of organization of relatively large age,the low content of science and technology in greenhouse as a whole,and the lower income and expenditure.The sales channel is narrower,the price of agricultural products fluctuates greatly,the demand of policy support is larger and the degree ofindustrialization is lower;The overall level of science and technology is not high,the introduction and research of new technology is slow,and the combination of tourism with local characteristics is not enough,and the promotion of brand construction is insufficient.Haicheng city should take positive measures to promote the development of facility agriculture in this area.For example,the government should pay more attention to the development of facilities agriculture,increase its policy support,and solve the fund problem with various kinds of financing.We should promote the construction of agricultural industrialization system,establish and perfect the service system of facility agriculture,give full play to the regional advantages,and develop the protected agriculture of Haicheng City.
