industry,even in the construction industry has a good use of modular technology theory for various types of architectural design.However,in the domestic lighting industry,the use of this product development and management model in the enterprise is not mature,which is directly related to the lighting industry itself in the market environment and the technical characteristics of lighting products.In this paper,the theoretical knowledge of modular design is reasonably used to analyze and study the problems existing in OP’s current product research and development management system,and put forward reasonable solutions based on relevant theoretical knowledge and practical experience.First of all,this paper combines the current domestic and foreign lighting products market personalized,diversified needs of the enterprise product management difficulty of the contradiction between the analysis and research,clearly refers to the company’s current research and development management problems and the research methods and practical significance of the subject;Secondly,through the analysis of related theories,the paper explains the close relationship between market demand and company management and the significance of enterprise development,and again,through the specific analysis of the development status of product research and development management system using modular theory at home and abroad,it is found that the use of modular design plays an important role in the development of enterprise steam.Finally,through the analysis of the problems existing in the product research and development management system of OP company and its products,the target of the company’s change and the path of change are put forward,and a series of concrete implementation plans are put forward accordingly.Through the application and analysis of product modular theory and design methods,reference to the actual cases of some well-known enterprises at home and
