In recent years,with the continuous development and progress of society,a variety of environmental problems are also highlighted.The green manufacturing principle,sustainable development strategy and environmental protection policies advocated by China during the13 th Five Year Plan period,along with China's increasingly strict environmental protection,some enterprises with serious pollution are faced with business suspension,rectification and even closure.In recent years,environmental protection projects are also rising in China,but there are many problems in risk management of environmental protection projects,especially in risk management There are some problems in the process,which lead to the failure of project incubation.According to the relevant theory of project risk management,combined with the characteristics of green environmental protection materials,this study introduces the risk management method of green environmental protection materials project of Z company.The main contents of this study are as follows: the background and significance of the study are introduced in detail under the guidance of risk management theory.Firstly,the green environmental protection materials project of Z company is introduced,and the current management status of the project is briefly described.Combined with the understanding of the project by the author,the existing problems of risk management of the project are put forward.Then on this basis,the characteristics of green environmental protection materials project are analyzed,and the uncertainty of the project risk is studied,and the risk identification system of green environmental protection materials is established.On the basis of risk identification,the identified risks are evaluated.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the scientific and effective risk management strategies for the green environmental protection materials project of Z Company are formulated.Z company's green environmental protection material project is not mature,and still faces many risks.At present,the stage technology risk is the biggest risk of the green environmental protection material project,the market price is the most important economic index affecting the project,and the production scale of the green environmental protection material project is also an important index affecting the income of the project.The development of technology can not meet the needs of the current market development,thedevelopment of industrialization technology is slow,and the immature industrialization technology is the biggest technical risk faced by the green environmental protection material project.Risk prevention,risk loss prevention and control,risk retention and risk transfer are the main risk response methods adopted by the green environmental protection materials project.The purpose of this paper is to solve the current risk management problems of the green environmental protection materials project of Z company,and provide reference for the formulation and implementation of the risk response strategy of the green environmental protection materials project of Z company,so as to ensure the normal operation of the project as expected.At present,the way of applying risk management theory scientifically and effectively to project incubation in China is still in the exploratory stage.At the same time,the author hopes that the research results of this paper can have a positive impact on China's high-tech project incubation,so as to improve China's project incubation rate.
