A Dual Case Study Of Kinship Function In Small Family Business

As an important part of the socialist market economy,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the development of private enterprises since the reform and opening up.In 2015,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Double Innovation Index" guidance,promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation,and vigorously promoting the development of private enterprises.At present,private enterprises have become an important driving force for the development of a socialist market economy and an important subject of supply-side reforms.As one of the operating forms of private enterprises,family businesses face universal "short-lived" problems,and kinship has become an important factor influencing the development of family businesses.This paper uses two entrepreneurial experiences of the same family as a case to analyze the function,function mechanism,and influence mechanism of kinship in the family business.Then the paper makes strategic suggestions on how to play the function of kinship in the development of the family business.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the background,purpose,meaning and collection process of the cases and the method.The second chapter is the definition of concepts and theories.This paper mainly involves theories about social relationship networks and differences pattern.The third chapter is the case text,taking the successful and failed experience of elder sister's enterprise and younger brother's enterprise of the same family as the case.The fourth chapter is a case analysis.It is found that the functions of kinship in family businesses are mainly the function of obligations and employment.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure analysis,which analyzes what kind of countermeasures should be adopted in the entrepreneurial period,the development period and the stable period respectively.In the entrepreneurial stage,the voluntary function can help enterprises obtain human resources,financial resources and spiritual support.With the development of enterprises,family enterprises are faced with the transfer of the obligatory function of kinship relationship within the family to the enterprise,resulting in conflicts and a series of problems in management.During the entrepreneurial period,voluntary functions can help companies better obtain human resources,financial resources and spiritual support.With the development of enterprises,family enterprises are faced with the transfer of the obligatory function of kinship relationship within the family to the enterprise,resulting in conflicts and a series of problems in management.The development of a business can only form a long-term development mechanism for family businesses if it can revise the place where kinship functions,form established corporate regulations,regulate the behavior of relatives in the company,and actively play the kinship employment function.
