As one of the main bodies of new-type agricultural management,the development and growth of family farms is not only helpful to solve the problem of "who will farm land",but also to increase farmers' income and prosper the rural economy.It is an important carrier of China's agricultural modernization.However,China's family farms started late,and their development is still in the initial stage of exploration,and there are still many problems in the development.In recent years,while the number of family farms has increased rapidly,most farms have problems such as irregular management,confusion in internal management,and weak profitability,that is,there is a phenomenon of uncoordinated and unmatched development quantity and development quality.Family farm performance refers to the farm's production and management performance and the impact of farm management on the outside world,reflecting the farm's economic value and social value.Therefore,based on an in-depth understanding of the current status of family farm operations,research on family farm performance and its influencing factors can help solve problems in family farm production and management,improve the level of family farm management,and promote family farm stability,order,and health.development of.On the basis of in-depth study of previous studies,combined with the actual situation to understand the advantages and differences of family farms compared with other agricultural management entities,sum up the family farm performance research results and not.Taking the sample of 196 family farms in Gansu Province obtained from field investigation as an example,the current status of the family farm,the basic situation of the family and the farmer are described statistically.It is found that there are problems such as lack of management system,extensive management,difficulty in implementing agricultural subsidies,large funding gap,difficulty in financing,weak risk awareness,and low insurance rate.Adopt the four dimensions of balanced scorecard(BSC)finance,customers,internal processes,learning and innovation as the core,integrate DuPont analysis system and economic value added(EVA)comprehensive evaluation ideas,on this basis,increase the ecological dimension and social dimension Ping Jian,built a family farm performance evaluation system in six dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,learning and innovation,ecology and society,and used the survey data and factor analysis methods to determine the weight of each index in the performance evaluation system and measured the family farm Performance score found that the development gap between family farms is large,the level of development is uneven,and the overall performance is low.Fourth,using the Tobit model,with the family farm performance score as the dependent variable,select the farmer's age,education level,farmerstatus,family farm labor force,management scale,hired labor cost,from three aspects: family,market and policy.Twelve indicators,such as the difficulty of transferring agricultural land,the difficulty of financing,the degree of close contact with stakeholders,the degree of perfection of the social service system,whether they have received financial support,and the degree of understanding of relevant policies,are independent variables.Eight factors,such as the age of the farmer,the education level of the farmer,the scale of the farmer,the identity of the farmer,the ease of financing,the degree of closeness with stakeholders,the degree of perfection of the social service system,and whether or not they have received financial subsidies The level of performance has a significant impact.Propose to strengthen talent training;broaden financing channels;increase agricultural insurance participation rate;strengthen interest links;promote countermeasures and suggestions for performance evaluation system.
