Since 2008,with the economic development and the rapid growth of the domestic real estate industry as a whole,the elevator industry has developed rapidly,and annual marketing performance has grown rapidly,achieving full development.However,since 2015,with the adjustment of national policies,the slowdown in the growth of the real estate market,the fierce competition in the elevator sales market,and other changes in the operating environment of the external market,the elevator industry has experienced a lot of pressure and difficulties.Elevator marketing strategies have higher and more detailed requirements.Guangzhou Guangri Elevator Industry Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Guangri Elevator")is an old state-owned elevator company.With its own market layout,high quality and service response,Guangzhou Guangri Elevator Industry has achieved considerable development in the early stage.Both volume and market share have increased.However,with the expansion of the scale of enterprises,in the current market competition,it is necessary to formulate marketing strategies adapted to the current market competition environment in order to further improve marketing performance and ensure long-term good development.This article takes the Guangri Elevator Guangxi market's marketing status as the research object.The first chapter of the introduction explains the research background,purpose,significance and research methods of this article.The second chapter describes the 4P,4C,4R and marketing related to marketing strategies.The subdivision theory and elevator are elaborated as the research of the special equipment industry;The third chapter introduces the marketing situation and existence of Guangri elevator company in Guangxi market,and analyzes the causes;The fourth chapter analyzes the research objects by using SWOT theory tools,and also collects and analyzes the characteristics of consumer demand in the elevator market in Guangxi through questionnaire design.It also analyzes and explains the relevant situation of competitors in the elevator industry in Guangxi;Chapter five proposes the optimization of Guangri's marketing strategy in Guangxi market based on the analysis;The sixth chapter is to elaborate the measures to ensure the optimization and implementation of Guangri Elevator Marketing Strategy.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this article.Based on the research of related theories,this article analyzes the actual problems of the marketing status of Guangri Elevator Guangxi Branch,and proposes a complete and concrete and practical marketing strategy optimization.It is hoped that the optimization will promote the comprehensive implementation of marketing strategies in the enterprise and effectively improve Guangri Elevator.The Guangxi branch's strategic management theory level and practical application effect promote the growth and breakthrough of marketing performance and contribute to the sustainable and long-term development of the company.
