Throughout history,since the advent of printing,printing technology has been step by step deep into production and life,and with the advent of the digital era in the21 st century,the development is more rapid.The printing industry is not only an important part of China's cultural industry,but also an important industrial sector of China's national economy.As a small and medium-sized printing enterprise,Guangzhou Education Printing Factory has established a certain competitive advantage in a certain period of time through the integration of resources and the utilization of policy dividends,along with the development pace of China's printing industry.With the development of the Internet and self-media,mobile phones and the Internet have become the main media for citizens to obtain information in their daily lives,and the printing industry as a whole has been greatly affected.In addition,the homogenization competition between enterprises has intensified,the cost of raw materials has increased year by year,and the environmental protection situation has become increasingly severe,the printing industry bid farewell to the period of rapid development.Many small and medium-sized printing enterprises are stagnant because of many factors such as unreasonable industrial structure and lagging application of new technology.Therefore,this paper will take Guangzhou Education Printing Factory as an example,focus on the study of its competitive strategy,make it in the future development to find the correct positioning,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises to achieve high-quality development.This paper discusses the relevant theory of strategy and strategic research and analysis tools,combined with the development status of the printing industry and the competitiveness of Guangzhou Education Printing Factory's own resources,business scale and management level.Through the PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model,the internal and external environment of the enterprise is analyzed.EFE and IFE are used to evaluate external factors and internal factors.By use the SWOT analysis matrix,the combination strategy analysis is carried out for theadvantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the enterprise,and the alternative competitive strategy is further selected through the QSPM matrix.Finally,it is suggested that the control measures should be taken to optimize the production process,strictly control the quality,strengthen the advertising and customer service,etc.And through the establishment of a good corporate culture,improve the organization of personnel and other ways to ensure the implementation of corporate strategy.This paper provides a strategic plan for Guangzhou Education Printing Factory in a competitive situation,and provides a path for thinking about the development of small and medium-sized printing enterprises in China.It is a practical reference for the sustainable development of enterprises in the printing industry.
