The Research On Optimization Of Financial Risk Management In Tianshui Branch Agricultural Development Bank Of China

As an important part of China's banking system,policy banks play a strong role in promoting the reform of China's economic and financial system and maintaining stable economic development.However,with the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing reform of the financial system,policy banks gradually expose more and more financial risks in the process of operation due to their own characteristics.Therefore,the policy banks must strengthen the financial risk management in order to operate safely and steadily.Facing the severe situation of external supervision,it is an important task for policy banks to improve the ability of financial risk prevention and control and improve the financial risk control system.In this paper,the financial risk control system of Tianshui branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China is optimized by literature analysis,case analysis and summary.First of all,this paper combs the relevant theories of bank financial risk control to provide theoretical support for the follow-up research.Secondly,based on the relevant theories of financial risk control,this paper sketches the current situation of financial risk control of Tianshui branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China from the five points of internal control,and finds out the existing problems and reasons of the current financial risk control system after full analysis.Finally,from the five elements of internal control,the goal and principle of the optimization scheme are defined,the framework of the optimization scheme and the specific content of the optimization scheme are proposed,and the relevant guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme are given.This paper combines the theory and practice of financial risk control,puts forward the optimization scheme of financial risk control system of Tianshui branchof Agricultural Development Bank of China,in order to improve the financial risk control system of Tianshui branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China,promote the effective response to financial risk of Tianshui branch of agricultural development Bank of China,and provide some reference for the construction of financial risk control system of other policy banks.
