Research On The Implementation Of Investment Policy In Guangzhou Development District

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic market has been increasingly developed.Attracting foreign investment is an important measure to promote economic exchanges among local governments at all levels.It not only plays an inestimable role in promoting economic development,but also has a far-reaching and beneficial impact on solving social employment and improving regional competitiveness.Guangzhou is one of the regions that set up economic and technological Development Districts in the early stage of China.As the forefront of national reform and opening up,Guangzhou Development District undertakes the important responsibility of being the "engine" of the National Economic Development District,and its economic indicators have been ranked among the top three of the national economic Development Districts.The "micro climate,technology and development experience" of foreign investors have been formed.The effectiveness of Guangzhou Development District has also become one of the important contents of evaluating the achievements of Guangzhou government.In the process of attracting investment,formulating investment promotion policies is the most critical way to open up the regional competitiveness.Scientific and reasonable investment policies can attract more foreign investment and promote regional economic development.However,there are also some problems in the implementation of the policy of attracting investment,which leads to the increase of local financial burden and the insufficient utilization of resources.Only by finding out the causes of the problems in time and solving them pertinently can we promote the further development of the economy of the Development District and make it play a greater role in the regional economic development.On the basis of elaborating the research background and significance of the project,this paper collects and sorts out the relevant research results at home and abroad,determines the research focus and research ideas by referring to the viewpoints in theexisting achievements,selects the problems arising in the implementation process of the government's investment promotion policy of Guangzhou Development District as the research object,and carries out specific research with diversified methods.In order to find out the problems and reasons of Guangzhou government's investment policy implementation,this paper sorts out the formation,development,evolution and implementation effect of the policy.Finally,in view of the problems and causes,combined with the new situation of China's economic development,the paper puts forward the solution strategies for the implementation of the investment promotion policy for Guangzhou Development District,and puts forward feasible suggestions for its further development,so as to provide reference for Guangzhou Economic Development District and other economic Development Districts to achieve greater economic construction achievements.
