Research On The Investment Attraction Strategies Of YQ Development Zone

The establishment of development zones is a strategy adopted in the early stage of China's reform and opening up.It has played an important role in accelerating China's integration into the international economy and enhancing our comprehensive strength.However,with the rapid development of economy,the constant expansion of urbanization,the lack of space resources,the unreasonable industrial structure,the shortage of leading enterprises,the lack of industrial chains and vitality of the public system etc.,it has become increasingly prominent that development zones desperately need reform and innovation,seeking a breakthrough in the transformation and upgrading for further development.In this case,the formulation and implementation of investment attraction strategies become crucial.Based on the YQ Development Area as an example,the consideration of the existing investment methods that have been unable to meet the demand of new normal,through the research of history and status quo of its investment attraction,analysis of the current environment the author tries to establish"four-dimensional"model of investment strategy so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for the future development.This thesis adopts the research methods both theoretically and practically,following the route of "theoretical basis,present situation analysis,strategic analysis,strategy formulation,strategic safeguard and summary".First part of this thesis expounds the relevant background and significance of this research,introducing the research ideas and methods;Second part explains the theory of investment attraction and strategic management;Third part introduces the history and status quo of the development area;Fourth part analyzes current environment and carries out SWOT model to lead to four different strategic choices of SO?WO?ST?WT;Fifth part puts forward the strategic objectives and ideas on the basis of personal working experiences,creating a "four-dimensional" strategic model of focusing on targets,driven by innovation,attracting through environment and competing with cooperation;Sixth part puts forward seven aspects of supporting measures in terms of investment attraction to form a set of completed,innovative strategic system;Seventh part reaches the conclusions and shortages.
