Research On Weighting Method Of Comprehensive Evaluation Based On Grey Number And Its Application

With the rapid development of social economy,the data information dimension is exploding,and it is increasingly difficult for a single observation to accurately express the recognition of the target object.The gradation of the information of the representation system is getting larger and larger.Besides,the statistical results are becoming more diverse.With the development of the trend of zoning and interval,many grey feature problem with "small sample,poor information" emerge one after another.Therefore,based on the research of existing literature,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation weighting method which is based on grey number,and applies the new method to the comprehensive evaluation of new urbanization in Zhejiang Province.The specific research results is reflected in the following aspects:(1)Propose the concept of the gray indicator system and its method of normalization.In this paper,the method of indexing the gray index is proposed,quantified and controlled.Because the domain and gray level of the same gray index are different at different times,this paper proposes a method of normalization towards gray index system for grey cross-section data and grey panel data.(2)Propose weighting methods based on gray numbers.Exploring from the two aspects of the subjective and objective methods of empowerment.In the subjective weighting method,the analytic hierarchy process based on gray number is proposed.In the objective weighting method,it is divided into two aspects: static weighting method and dynamic weighting method.The entropy method and the "vertical and horizontal" pull-off method which is based on grey number are proposed.By comparing the form of the case analysis with the original weighting method,the weighting method based on gray number contains more information than the weight obtained by the general method,making the comprehensive evaluation result more scientific and reasonable.(3)Application research of comprehensive evaluation by using weighting method based on grey number.According to the development background of new urbanization and thedevelopment status of new urbanization in Zhejiang Province,a grey evaluation index system for new urbanization in Zhejiang Province was proposed to conduct a dynamic comprehensive evaluation of new urbanization in Zhejiang Province,analyzing the evaluation results of new urbanization in various cities in Zhejiang Province from various dimensions.In the process of comprehensive evaluation,the integration of double gray number will be formed because the indicator value is gray number and the weight is gray number.As a result,the comprehensive evaluation result in the form of gray number will be obtained,and statistical analysis will be carried out.Finally,the scientific,effective and practical nature of this method has been verified according to the good evaluation result.
