In science, technology, society, economy, philosophy, thought and so many domains, the people maybe make the decision-making and the forecast of the current event and its future trend of development, however, Because of the complexity of the objective world,the uncertainty of the environment and the limitation of human capabilities, they often can’t make the precise forecast and the decision-making of the uncertainty things, therefore, people need to depend on the scientific method to judge present things and forecast future of things.Due to the uncertainty of decision-making and forecasting objects, or people cognitive degree of uncertainty, in reality, decision-making and prediction data of three-parameter interval grey number types exists widely. So according to the present research situation of grey system theory, this paper is to have a discusse on problems of the three parameters interval grey number forecast and decision-making on the basis of grey system theory and uncertainty theory research.(1) The elementary knowledge of the three parameters interval grey number forecast and decision-making is studied. This paper discusses the definition and the calculation rule of the three parameters interval grey number, summarizes the standardized processing methods of the three parameters interval grey number decision matrix which is widely used at present, two mufti-attribute decision methods are introduced. Additionally, summarizes the grey GM)1,1( forecasting model.(2) The distance entropy model based on three parameters interval grey numbers and its decision-making application is studied. This paper defines the three parameters interval grey numbers distance entropy model, proves the theorems and properties of the model. On this basis, firstly, weighted model of three parameters interval gray number with multiple attribute decision-making is given out, and converts the three parameters interval grey numbers multiple attribute decision-making problems with the unknown attribute weights into the three parameters interval grey numbers multiple attribute decision-making problems with the known attribute weights, and the applicability of the model is verified by an example; And then a reduction methodof the decision-making index system with three-parameter interval grey number is studied to solve the redundancy of index system, and an example shows the effectiveness and practicability of the method.(3) The Grey correlation decision-making method with the three parameters interval Frey numbers is discussed. From the transformation of the traditional Deng’s Frey relational degree to calculate the Frey correlation degree of the positive and negative ideal solutions for decision schemes, the order of alternatives is listed according to the relative correlation degree of each program, finally, the above method is comparability analyzed by an example, and the example shows the effectiveness and practicability of the method.(4) Aiming at the problem of the three parameters interval grey number forecast,the prediction method of the three parameters interval grey number is discussed.By using the principle of set-valued statistics, through the transformation of the original three parameters interval grey number sequence prediction to convert the three parameters interval grey number sequence into the real number sequence, and then complete the forecast of three parameters interval grey number by GM)1,1(,finally, an example explained the usability and validity of the method.Above all, forecast and decision methods are simple and effective for the grey system theory development provides the favorable theoretical support, and expands the space of developed of the grey theory.
