Dairy products are a very healthy and beneficial food for human beings,and the dairy industry is an important part of Mongolia's economic structure,Mongolia is a large grassland country,with natural dairy production resources.Therefore,the development of dairy industry has played a positive role in the development of Mongolia's national economy.According to statistics,before the 1990 s,the city of Ulaanbaatar's household dairy consumption is very high,once led to the shortage of milk market supply.However,with the implementation of Mongolia's economic transition in the early 1990 s,Mongolia's economy declined,the income of residents continued to decline,resulting in Mongolia's urban areas of dairy productconsumption has also shown a downward trend.With Mongolia's economic transition gradually on the right track,the economy has also begun to gradually recover,from 1995 to date,Mongolia's urban consumption of dairy products continueto.This paper attempts to analyze the consumption level and consumption preference of dairy products in Mongolian cities with the residents of Ulaanbaatar city as the object of investigation,and uses the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to explore the main factors affecting the consumption of dairy products in Ulaanbaatar city,and draws the enlightenment of the purchase behavior of dairy consumers in Ulaanbaatar City.And put forward to improve Ulaanbaatar is the dairy consumption of countermeasures.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly expounds the study background and research significance of the topic,introduces the research ideas and methods of the thesis,summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign research literature,and the second chapter is the theoretical basis,explains and analyzes the theory of consumer behavior,and paves the theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis of the text.The third chapter discusses the fact of Ulaanbaatar's dairy enterprise development and discusses the current situation and characteristics of dairy consumption in Ulaanbaatar,and the fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the purchasing behavior of dairy consumers in Ulaanbaatar,including the analysis of theinfluence factors of consumer characteristics,consumer buying behavior and consumer buying behavior.Chapter 5 concludes that Ulaanbaatar is a research and inspiration for dairy consumers' purchasing behavior,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of dairy industry and promote dairy consumption in Ulaanbaatar.Through the investigation and analysis of dairy consumer behavior in Ulaanbaatar City,it is concluded that the current dairy consumers in Ulaanbaatar are paying more and more attention to the quality and safety of dairy products,the distribution of their occupation,age and gender is becoming more and more balanced,and consumers are increasingly trusting the measures taken by the government in dairy enterprises.
