Because of the development trend of the economy towards globalization,the manufacturing enterprises of the classical model become larger and bigger,and the styles of the products are also more and more complex.Therefore,for the classic model of enterprises are also facing a very serious challenge.For manufacturing enterprises,the most critical point affecting manufacturing enterprises are the job shop scheduling problem.When the company solves the resource allocation problem,it also needs to use the job shop scheduling problem to solve.Therefore,it is already a key issue for us to study.How to arrange the production plan of the workshop will have a great impact on the development of the enterprise.In this article,through the analysis and research of the production process of F company HSG production line,the current production and demand situation is analyzed,and it is found that the production operation situation of F company is unreasonable and the production efficiency is low.On the basis of drawing lessons from the research on workshop scheduling problem at home and abroad,combined with the actual production situation and demand of HSG production line of F Company,the current production situation is improved and the production tasks are sorted again.The mathematical model of production scheduling in pipeline shop is established,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm and GA-PSO algorithm are used to solve the problem.We advance the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Line improvement,so that we can get a better machining sequence and adaptability value.Through the implementation of the improved scheme,the production efficiency of F company HSG production line is studied,and a standard and standard method to improve the efficiency is established.It provides a very practical reference value for the improvement of production efficiency of similar products or similar enterprises,and good results can be obtained by applying this method to production.
