With the rapid development of China's e-commerce and other industries,the development of the distribution industry in the same city is also driven by the increasing number of distribution employees,which brings a lot of problems related to distribution management,such as the high dimission rate of distribution employees,relocation,training of new employees and other hidden costs.At the same time,in the process of distribution,customers' demands are more and more diversified,resulting in increased difficulty in distribution,which leads to the increase of the company's distribution cost.The imperfect distribution management mechanism will lead to the unfair psychological state of the distribution staff,which not only affects the completion of the distribution task,but also directly affects the customers' views on the distribution service and even the distribution company.Therefore,how to perfect the distribution mechanism from the balance of employee distribution is a problem that should be considered in the current city distribution application.The distribution mechanism in this paper will take into account the three characteristics of workload balance,distribution cost and customer satisfaction,and abstract this Problem into a special Vehicle Routing Problem(VRP).Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window(VRPTW)was also considered for the Time requirement of the customer.However,due to the complexity of the Problem,the global optimal solution for the three targets was not found in some solutions.In view of the difficulties in modeling and solving this problem,the following research work iscarried out in this paper:(1)Analyze the problem of intra-city distribution considering the current service content of intra-city distribution considering the balanced workload of employees.At first,this paper expounds the current situation and background of distribution in the same city,then defines the workload of employees,deeply analyzes the characteristics of time window,multi-objective and complexity of solution,and finally expounds the general idea to solve this problem.(2)Research on multi-objective optimization model of intra-city distribution considering the balanced workload of employees.Through the staff incentive theory of equity theory,the basic idea of building staff workload balance factor,and put this as one of the optimization goal,realized the reasonable measures for staff workload,to minimize the cost,at the same time the company distribution to maximize customer satisfaction as the optimization goal,is established considering the equilibrium distribution staff workload and multi-objective optimization model.(3)Design of multi-objective heuristic algorithm.Based on nsga-ii,the second generation of non-dominant fast dominant solution for solving multi-objective problems,the algorithm for solving the model is designed,and the data of a distribution center is collected to verify the model and algorithm.By analyzing the effectiveness of the algorithm,a more balanced distribution route is designed for the distribution center.The multi-objective VRPTW model of intra-city distribution established in this paper and the nsga-ii algorithm selected for the model can be applied to the formulation of the actual intra-city logistics distribution path,especially for the distribution enterprises with high turnover rate of distribution staff.
