| In the 21 st century,mankind has gradually entered the era of "Internet +",and various industries and industries are closely integrated with Internet technology to form a group of Internet companies.In recent years,there have been many acquisitions in the travel and ticketing service Internet industry,and the value of acquired companies has been increasing.As the profit models and value drivers of Internet companies for travel and ticketing services are very different from traditional companies,the traditional methods used to evaluate traditional companies are not applicable to such companies.Therefore,evaluators need to choose a more appropriate evaluation method based on the existing Internet theory,so that the evaluation results are more accurate.This article mainly explores the value evaluation methods and applications of Internet companies for travel and ticketing services,and selects Ctrip,a case that belongs to the travel and ticketing service industry and has the characteristics of Internet companies.Firstly,the theory of enterprise value evaluation is introduced,and related theories of Internet companies such as Metcalfe’s Law,Zipf’s Law,and Zeng Liqing’s Law are explained.The characteristics and status of Internet companies for travel and ticketing services are analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the profit model and influential factors of the enterprise value of travel and travel ticketing service Internet companies,and elaborates that three traditional methods of corporate value evaluation are not applicable to Internet companies of travel and ticketing service.The characteristics of the number of open users lead to the user value method of this paper.On the basis of basic evaluation models such as Metcalfe’s Law,the model was revised,and Ctrip was selected as a case for value evaluation.Then elaborated the current development status of Ctrip,quantified the relevant data of the user value method model,and finally concluded that the deviation rate is within a reasonable range.The user value method is suitable for assessing Internet companies for travel and ticketing services.Evaluations provide a whole new way of thinking. |
