Study On The Quality Evaluation Of Internet About Car Service In Big Cities

Internet travel by car has become one of the major ways for residents of large cities in China.With the widespread use of the “Internet Plus” and the legalization of the online dating service model,the network service mode of the major cities in China has been standardized,and residents' travel demand has been increasing.Although relevant departments such as the Ministry of Transport and other major cities have actively established network-based vehicle regulation system to supervise them,due to factors such as incomplete regulation and inadequate supervision,the problem of the quality of network service in large cities in China is constantly emerging.In order to further improve the service quality of network service in large cities in China,on the basis of discussing the influencing factors of network service quality,an online service evaluation system for train service is constructed,an online service evaluation method for service vehicles is studied,and a network service for large cities in China is established.Comprehensive evaluation of service quality,to find out the current problems in the service quality of the metropolitan network,and put forward reasonable countermeasures,can effectively improve the service quality of the network service in large cities in China,and improve the overall level of residents travel quality.Based on the original data,the paper discusses the factors affecting the service quality of the network service in large cities in China from the perspectives of regulatory agencies,operators,drivers,vehicles,and service platforms.On this basis,it summarizes and summarizes the ability to fully reflect the network of major cities.The appraisal indicators of the service quality of the appraisal vehicle were constructed from the three dimensions of service environment quality,service interaction,and service results,and a multi-dimension and multi-level appraisal index system was constructed.The system of evaluation indicators was optimized in conjunction with Martin's system.Based on the evaluation index system constructed,a method for evaluating the service quality of metropolitan network service in large cities based on structural equation-objective element extension theory was proposed.By constructing a result equation model,the path coefficients of each index were calculated by combining the original data.The weight values of each evaluation index are obtained,and a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed in combination with the matter-element extension theory to avoid the influence of subjective factors and improve the scientific evaluation.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation,combined with relevant theories of system dynamics,the causal relationship of the service quality of the network service of large cities was analyzed,and a system model was established to improve relevant regulations,strengthen supervision and management,and implement pre-post training.Raising the level of informationization and other aspects proposed a strategy to improve the service quality of metropolitan networks.Finally,based on the development characteristics of the Chongqing city network,based on the questionnaire survey,a comprehensive evaluation of the network service quality of Chongqing's network and a corresponding improvement strategy are proposed to improve the online parking service in Chongqing.Quality plays an important role.Through research,this article has comprehensively analyzed the influencing factors of network service quality in large cities.Based on the construction and optimization of the evaluation index system,this paper proposes the service quality of network service in large cities based on structural equation-matter element extension theory.The evaluation method and the improvement strategy are proposed,which provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the service quality of metropolitan network service in large cities,and provide a certain basis for its improvement.However,the network-based vehicle service system is a complex large system,and its dynamic nature can hardly guarantee the stability of related parameters.It can be further explored in the future research.
