| After the modern logistics theory was introduced into China in the early 1980s,with the development of elites from all walks of life,the research on traditional logistics theory has become more and more mature.As the third profit source,logistics has played a huge role in promoting the social and economic development,improving the competitiveness of enterprises,and saving the logistics cost of companies.However,cold chain logistics has not been given due attention.With the development of economy,the improvement of people’s living standard and the emergence of e-commerce,the general public gradually began to rely on door-to-door delivery services,while some fresh agricultural products,due to the particularity of their quality,had a huge loss in the process of their circulation and consumption,people’s requirements for cold chain logistics and transportation are also constantly improving,and the development of cold chain in China is facing unprecedented huge Challenges.The distribution link is the last and most important link for products to be delivered to customers.The cost consumption of cold chain products in the distribution process is always high,and the satisfaction degree of customers for services is mainly reflected in the distribution process.The key to the development of enterprises is whether they can seize customers in the fierce market competition Therefore,it is necessary to put forward the distribution vehicle path planning problem Yes.The ultimate goal of an enterprise is to obtain the maximum profit at the lowest cost.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the cost of distribution,increase the profits of enterprises,and meet the needs of customers to the maximum extent.This paper classifies the customer value through the dichotomy matrix model,and different types of customers use different response methods to carry out differentiated management.The traditional vehicle scheduling model considers to reduce the cost.On the basis of reducing the cost,this paper considers the overall customer value maximization,and the weight of different types of customer value is different,which helps to increase the degree of differentiation between customers and optimize the resource allocation.In this paper,ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem,and Solomon is used to carry out numerical experiments.The experimental results considering customer value and not considering customer value are analyzed and compared to verify the effectiveness of the model.The experimental results show that the vehicle scheduling model considering customer value can greatly improve the overall customer value by increasing a small amount of cost input,and the customer satisfaction is polarized after using the customer dichotomy matrix classification and assigning the weight.The satisfaction of high-value VIP customers that enterprises focus on is as high as 90%,which is large without wasting vehicle capacity resources Some low value customers are limited to controlling the impact of costs and cannot be satisfied. |
