At present,the cold chain logistics and distribution business has been quite extensive,and its services are becoming increasingly mature.The income of cold chain logistics and distribution business accounts for more and more of the profits of the whole enterprise,and its position is becoming more and more important.With the expansion of business scale,the problems of low distribution efficiency and high cost have been restricting the improvement of cold chain logistics distribution service quality.Therefore,optimizing distribution routes,improving distribution efficiency and reducing costs have become major cold chain logistics enterprises'concerns and key research issues.Taking Chongqing X Supermarket as the research object,this paper deeply investigates the operation status of cold chain logistics and distribution links of the supermarket.It is found that the biggest problem in the cold chain logistics distribution of the supermarket is the fixed distribution route,which is the main reason for its high distribution cost.Therefore,optimizing the distribution route is the necessary means to reduce the distribution cost of the supermarket.Focusing on the problem of cold chain logistics distribution routing optimization in Chongqing X Supermarket,this paper firstly introduces the development of cold chain logistics distribution business at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status of vehicle routing optimization.Then,it discusses the relevant methods to solve the vehicle routing problem.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of cold-chain logistics distribution,the optimization model of cold-chain logistics distribution route in Chongqing X Supermarket is established with the lowest distribution cost as the optimization objective,combined with the constraints of vehicle travel time limit and vehicle maximum load limit.According to the characteristics of the model,the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,the empirical analysis is given,and the route optimization scheme is calculated according to the actual distribution demand of the supermarket cold chain logistics.The results show that the optimized route greatly reduces the cost,total mileage and total time of cold-chain logistics distribution in the supermarket,and increases the average vehicle load rate.The design method of the cold-chain logistics distribution route optimization model proposed in this paper is correct and effective.
