With the new round of mergers and acquisitions of globalization,in recent years,foreign multinational enterprises have also launched a great deal of acquisitions and mergers.These mergers and acquisitions are often full of corresponding difficulties,and the success rate is often low,which brings more significance and reference value to the research of this topic.On the other hand,local enterprises continue to grow,and in the process of globalization,these enterprises will eventually face a series of challenges of mergers and acquisitions integration.In order to avoid the detours of m&a and integration in domestic enterprises,we must draw lessons from the gains and losses of foreign enterprises in m&a and lay a solid theoretical and practical basis for the future development and expansion of local enterprises.This paper selects M company's merger and acquisition of C company as the case,which is the largest medical device industry merger and acquisition case in the world,as our research object.This paper will use the method based on the case study in the integration process to directly analyze the gains,losses and existing problems of the acquisition integration from different perspectives of the acquisition integration.At the same time,by combining the practice and theory,a series of successful experiences can be summarized for the subsequent development of local enterprises.Through the research on the motivation of this merger and acquisition,and the comparison of the results of stage integration,it is concluded that this case is a successful merger and acquisition case.At the same time from the strategy of m&a integration and human integration,organization integration,the integration of corporate culture,as well as internal enterprise management system integration,the five different dimensions,analyzed one by one,spun off some specific factors in the integration,and finally to summarize the applicable to a wide range of universality of mergers and acquisitions experience and rules for medical devices industry,according to the integration of different content,for example,as a basis to formulate different integration strategy,stable core at the same time,the enterprise internal management of a two step by step integration between enterprises and so on.At last,based on this analysis,it will serve as a reference for domestic medical device enterprises and suggest feasible plans for possible.Cross-border and m&c in the future.For those multinational medical device enterprises that are likely to be merged and integrated in the future,this paper can provide relevant reference and reference value.Meanwhile,it is hoped that this paper can also provide corresponding enlightenment and help to industry managers.
